Purpose Statement

Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.

  • Customer acquisition and relationship management.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.

  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively and objections.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.


Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
