Responsibilities



  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Setting and planning the sales goals and ensuring Meeting planned sales goals and following up with the team, management, and the individual set targets.

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, managing, and reporting.

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.

  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

  • Promoting the organization and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Manage key accounts and follow up with them regularly to ensure satisfaction and offer extra added value to the business.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 experience in Sanitary wares like bathtubs, Jacuzzi, Washbasin, flush toilets, bidets, Urinal, showers, Water closets, e.t.c)

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Experience in building sales teams and recruiting the necessary personnel to assist in tasks.

  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • Experience with indoor and outdoor sales: versatile sales experience.

  • Ability to lead a sales team.
