Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Benefit Officer to manage prescription requests, formulary development, pharmacy contracting and strong negotiation skills to secure discounts and rebates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage prescription requests from telemedicine, hospitals, and enrollees.


• Develop and maintain the formulary.


• Contract with pharmacies for request fulfillment.


• ⁠Negotiate favorable terms and rebates with pharmacies.


• Meet performance goals like first call resolution and customer satisfaction.


• Background in community pharmacy practice and HMO is of added advantage.
