Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall functionality of our e-commerce website (https://klarahdiamond.com).


• Update and remove products and features regularly.


• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal site performance.


• Collaborate with our team to implement new site features and enhancements.


• Monitor and optimize website performance metrics.


• Address and resolve any technical issues promptly.


• Ensure the website is user-friendly and visually appealing.


• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.


• Analyze website data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.


• Provide excellent customer service through various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).


• Collaborate with  Business development officer and other team members to ensure successful project execution.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in computer Science


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Wix Velo.


• Previous experience managing or developing e-commerce websites.


• Strong understanding of web design principles


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.


• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.


• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Strong understanding of web design principles.


• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries promptly.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
