Job Summary

• The Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities of the team on site.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team and supervising 


• Develop procedures and protocol and implementation 


• Perform evaluations and provide feedback to Proforce and CNL and the team.


• Interface between Proforce, CNL and team


• Coordinate with security personnel, emergency services and host communities 


• Investigate incidents and alarms


• Manage team schedule, rotation and time offs


• Ensure effective handover of shifts 


• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations 


• Collaborate with other department and security services and tour guide

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering


• Minimum of  6 years relevant experience in coordinating work schedule on an offshore facility.


• Valid Commercial Driver’s license.
