Job Description




  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. You are also in charge of creating new sales strategies and programs to expand and retain our client base on the e-commerce and cloud services platform, particularly through new business development, in order to enhance revenue.


Responsibilities:



  • Build pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.

  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.

  • Develop annual sales strategy and goals.

  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders.

  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products and familiarity with at least one CRM system.

  • Ability to make quality decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Conduct research and advise Management on business analytics and market trends such as environmental analysis, SWOT, etc.

  • Submit weekly performance dashboard and monthly reports with details of revenues generated from the unit, project status, etc. in preparation for Management review.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing new inside sales features, particularly using a multimedia approach, as well as working both individually and together with assigned sales team members to drive sales.


Person Specification:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
