Job Details

1. Identify new business opportunities which includes export of sesame seeds.


2. Actively supervised and coordinate procurement and export of sesame in large quantity.


3. Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry partners to ensure long term business opportunities.


4. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement growth strategies, including market expansion and service offering.


5. Lead negotiations for contract, partnerships and agreements, ensuring the terms align with the company’s goal while fostering mutual benefits.


6. Negotiate contracts with buyers to secure favourable terms including pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. MSC/ BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.


2. Minimum of 8 years working experience in procuring and exportation of sesame seeds or any other Agric produce in international market.


3. Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and In-depth knowledge of export principles and best practices.


4. Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


5. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills


6. Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
