Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.


• Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.


• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products that meet market demands and customer preferences.


• Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and work with the marketing team to promote products effectively.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.


• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.


• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on business performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.


• Address any operational challenges or issues that arise, ensuring swift resolutions to minimize disruption.

Requirements

• Masters / Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in furniture production or a related field.


• Proven track record in management or leadership roles.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staffs


• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.


• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders.


• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding of market dynamics.


• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g, project management tools) and a good understanding of furniture design and manufacturing technologies.
