Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager with a strong background in female fashion to lead our online marketing efforts.


• The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, email marketing, customer inquiries, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies


• Conduct market research and analyze trends


• Optimize website for SEO

Social Media:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)


• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels)


• Grow followers and increase engagement

Email Marketing:

• Design and send newsletters


• Manage email campaigns


• Analyze email metrics

Customer Inquiries:

• Respond to customer inquiries


• Resolve customer complaints


• Provide excellent customer service

Content Creation:

• Develop content strategies


• Create blog posts, videos, and graphics


• Collaborate with influencers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/social media management


• Proven track record in increasing online engagement and sales


• Strong knowledge of SEO principles


• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)


• Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)


• Familiarity with female fashion industry trends


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Desirable Skills:

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)


• Video editing skills


• Knowledge of Google Analytics


• Experience with influencer marketing
