Responsibilities



Guest Management:




  • Communicate with guests pre-arrival and during stay.

  • Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.

  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.



Property Maintenance:




  • Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff.

  • Conduct regular property inspections..

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.



Financial Management:




  • Manage apartment finances (expenses, revenues, and budgets).

  • Optimize pricing and occupancy rates.

  • Process payments and handle guest refunds.



Marketing and Advertising:




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.

  • Manage Airbnb listing and calendar.

  • Monitor competitor rates and adjust pricing accordingly.



Administrative Tasks:




  • Maintain accurate records (guest bookings, finances, etc.).

  • Coordinate with vendors (laundry, cleaning services, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.



Requirements




  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality/property management.

  • Proven track record of increasing occupancy rates and revenue.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities..

  • Proficient in Airbnb management software and tools.

  • Resident in Lekki/Lagos Island (mandatory).

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.



Desirable Skills:




  • Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends.

  • Familiarity with local regulations and laws.

  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
