Description

• We're seeking friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our restaurant team. As a Cashier, you'll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and maintain an organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and payments efficiently and accurately.


• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.


• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area and surrounding environment.


• Manage cash register, handle cash drops, and reconcile receipts.


• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.


• Answer phone calls and respond to take-out orders.


• Perform basic math calculations and handle customer complaints.

Requirements

• Previous cashier experience in a restaurant or retail environment.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
