Job Description

• Lead and manage HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and alignment with donor requirements.


• Develop grant proposals, manage teams, and oversee program strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program implementation and strategy.


• Oversee project teams and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.


• Develop and write grant proposals and reports.


• Ensure quality service provision, particularly in OVC implementation.


• Build partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BSc / HND in a relevant field.


• 5+ years of experience in HIV funder intervention management.


• Knowledge of OVC implementation and best practices.


• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and grant writing skills.


• Relevant certifications in HIV care/support preferred.
