Job Description

• Design, implement, and oversee M&E systems for tracking project progress.


• Analyse data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.


• Provide training and support to program teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop M&E systems and tools for data collection.


• Analyse program data and assess project outcomes.


• Prepare M&E reports for stakeholders and donors.


• Conduct field visits to monitor activities and verify data.


• Train staff on M&E tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in M&E (preferably in humanitarian / development contexts).


• Proficient in data tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS).


• Strong analytical and report writing skills.


• Experience with donor reporting and survey design.
