JOB OVERVIEW




  • As a Partnership Manager at Cecure Intelligence Limited (CIL), you will play a crucial role in driving the development of CIL’s capabilities with its partners (such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc) ecosystem. You will establish and nurture relationships with partners, manage enablement programs, foster collaborations with various stakeholders, and strike new partnerships. Your expertise will contribute to CIL’s growth and success in the technology ecosystem.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Participate in company induction to familiarize yourself with CIL's vision, mission, values, and organizational structure.

  • Oversee the CIL onboarding process for different partners.

  • Provide support to staff during the partnership onboarding process.

  • Attend partner meetings to stay up to date with different partnership initiatives

  • Collaborate with the partnership team on the delivery of different partnership initiatives

  • Attend onboarding meetings with key stakeholders across various business units, including CIL Teams, CIL Academy, and CIL Support.

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of CIL's service offerings and unique value propositions through product demos and service briefings.

  • Study the current CIL partner ecosystem to understand the roles and contributions of each partner in our business model.

  • Get acquainted with partnership management tools and CRM systems, ensuring comfort in navigating and updating records.

  • Initiate contact with existing partners to build relationships and understand their needs.

  • Analyze partnership performance metrics to identify improvement areas and explore new collaboration opportunities.

  • Develop tailored partnership plans for key partners, outlining mutual goals and success metrics.

  • Execute partnership plans and monitor progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

  • Conducted evaluations of partnership performance and prepared reports for senior management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and engage in ongoing training to enhance partnership management skills.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in partnership management or project management.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.



EDUCATION




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

  • 1-2 experience as a partnership/ relationship manager
