SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF JOB:




  • As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our range of IT solutions. You will work closely with our technical teams to understand our offerings and tailor them to meet clients' specific needs.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, assess their IT needs, and propose suitable solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.

  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

  • Proposal Generation: Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget constraints.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.
