Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Coordinate between sales, Production, Account & dispatch.

  • Prepare quotation based on the directions of (Sales Manager) & other sales team members.

  • Make phone calls to relevant prospects and research prospects online.

  • Check the sales inbox daily for prospects and liaise with sales team.

  • Follow up with payment from customers and other necessary documentation.

  • Follow up with payment to vendor related to sales activities. I payment for purchase of fittings which is being sold together with pipes, transportation etc.

  • Send request for approval to Sales Manager for transportation allowance, payments to vendors, credit sales etc.

  • Send email blasts to prospects in the manner which is shown by the sales manager.

  • Engage in task required by the Sales Manager. Pertaining to documentation and other desk related work.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND qualification in related Courses

  • Must have minimum of 2 years experience working as a sales coordinator plus communication & analytical skill

  • Knowledge of MS office suite

  • Patient and the willingness to learn what is being shown by Sales Manger.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Good Manners and positive attitude.

  • Age: 25 - 37 years.


Salary

Very attractive + Commission.
