JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control department, ensuring that all operations and products meet the established quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality across our operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the quality control department, ensuring all operations and products meet required quality standards.
- Design, develop, and implement quality standards and quality control systems to ensure compliance across processes.
- Inspect and evaluate materials, processes, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to integrate quality standards into workflows and processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation on quality performance, improvements, and compliance.
- Train and mentor quality control team members to uphold high standards and maintain consistency.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4-7 years as a Quality Control Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Certification in quality control management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving quality issues.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective quality control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and training a team.
- Familiarity with quality control software and reporting tools is preferred.
