We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES    




  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal productivity.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with various departments to align goals, resolve issues, and enhance team performance.

  • Supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork and high morale.

  • Analyze and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.



QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE    




  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within the hospitality sector.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.

  • Familiarity with operational software or ERP systems.
