JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in human resources, with a proactive approach to employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role is key to fostering a positive work environment, supporting our employees, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire orientation.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating and implementing HR policies as necessary.
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- HR certification is a must.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Organizational skills for maintaining records and supporting HR processes.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
