Your job descriptions will be to:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Build sustainable relationships with your team member and line manager.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Update the sales sheet daily.
- Attend to walk in customers.
- Applicants must reside in Ikeja and its environment.
- Applicants should posses effective communication skills.
- Abiility to multi task and work under pressure.
