Responsibilities



  • Prepare client briefs and obtain necessary information and documentation prior to the any further appointments

  • Assist in the recording and resolution of any advice and service-related complaints.

  • Identify prospects, source new leads, qualify opportunities and grow market share.

  • Frequently meet with clients to discuss portfolio, new products and services.

  • Ensure strict discipline with documenting accurate call reports and to update client profiling after each client discussion/meeting

  • Create proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives

  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

  • Maintain and update knowledge on all company’s products and services so as to provide clear and accurate answer to client’s enquiries.

  • Provide guidance and assist Asset and Equity Group to sell properties to clients under the best terms.

  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

  • Collaborate with internal and service support teams to ensure the provision of superior service to clients.

  • Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.

  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

  • Build referral and lead generation network.

  • Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of the market

  • Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources

  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.

  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

  • Display and market real property to possible buyers

  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

  • Manage property auctions or exchanges

  • Maintain and update listings of available properties


Educational Qualification



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing or Economics or other relevant field. An MBA would be an added advantage,
