Responsibilities
- Prepare client briefs and obtain necessary information and documentation prior to the any further appointments
- Assist in the recording and resolution of any advice and service-related complaints.
- Identify prospects, source new leads, qualify opportunities and grow market share.
- Frequently meet with clients to discuss portfolio, new products and services.
- Ensure strict discipline with documenting accurate call reports and to update client profiling after each client discussion/meeting
- Create proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Maintain and update knowledge on all company’s products and services so as to provide clear and accurate answer to client’s enquiries.
- Provide guidance and assist Asset and Equity Group to sell properties to clients under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Collaborate with internal and service support teams to ensure the provision of superior service to clients.
- Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of the market
- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing or Economics or other relevant field. An MBA would be an added advantage,
