Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and features.


• Prepare and maintain accurate survey documentation and reports.


• Utilize surveying equipment to perform field measurements and data collection.


• Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide survey information for design purposes.


• Establish benchmarks and control points for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying.


• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.


• Must have participated in at least two (2) construction or rehabilitation projects of asphalt concrete roads with a crushed gravel base layer of at least 10 km in length.


• Extensive experience in setting out, leveling, and establishment of benchmarks.
