Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site building activities to ensure quality and compliance.


• Monitor the progress and performance of subcontractors and construction teams.


• Ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.


• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to safety standards.


• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports.


• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients and site workers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Architecture.


• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.


• Experience in supervising at least two (2) building construction projects of at least 5,000 m².
