Position Summary

• We are building a turnkey PV-BESS project of a 5MWp / 6MWh PV-Hybrid power plant on the OML58 gas extraction site of TOTAL ENERGIES. To this end, PNL is looking for a site manager to oversee the construction of the PV-Hybrid power plant.

Responsibilities

Preparation of construction sites:

• Set objectives for site managers 


• Define workload plans and plan actions to be carried out by site managers 


• Organize workstations, define the processes implemented on construction sites and optimize them to meet the safety, quality and budget standards set out in the specifications


• Monitor site activity and the progress of the various lots (structural work, technical work, etc.) through regular meetings with site managers.


• Ensure the correct application of the QSSSE procedures


• Submit site reports to the superiors and/or the client


• Follow-up and leading the daily and weekly meetings


• Non-conformity management.

Project management:

• Supervise the teams and take charge of operational personnel management


• Ensure the interface with the various stakeholders of the construction project


• Participate in the reception of the work in the presence of the client.

Responsibilities and latitude of action:

• He/She manages all the staff under his/her responsibility.


• He/She checks the team's scores and their allocation before communicating them to the relevant departments


• He/She conducts annual interviews or end-of-mission interviews depending on the organization of the entity


• He/She ensures compliance with quality/safety procedures and all internal procedures as well as the QSSSE policy applicable within the entity.


• He/She ensures that deadlines and budgets are met and implements technical solutions adapted to customer needs


• He/She ensures the confidentiality of information for past, current and future projects

Profile Wanted

Specific Professional Qualifications and Knowledge:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering


• In-depth knowledge of the QSSSE policies of the PONTICELLI Frères Group and/or of Oil and Gas (TOTAL EP)


• Knowledge in management


• Language skills (technical and fluent English)


• Mastery of the office pack


• Technical knowledge in the field of Electrical, PV, in order to analyze a technical matters and propose technical and financial modifications


• Knowledge of the different trades involved on a construction site


• 5 years of experience in managing international PV construction sites.
