Position Summary

As we are expanding our Project Management Office for international projects, The Contract  Subcontract Manager will work on:

• Legal analysis of tender documents


• Contractual monitoring throughout contract execution


• Implementation and coordination of the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred


• Preparation and follow-up of any litigation files that may arise


• Drafting of subcontracting contracts for projects.

Profile Wanted

• BAC +5 degree


• At least 5 years' experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects


• Good level of English


• Possibility of some overseas assignments.
