Job Responsibilities:



Investment Sourcing and Relationship Management:




  • Identify and Manage relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, HNIs, and financial institutions.

  • Manage and Maintain a network of investors interested in real estate and land development projects.



Fundraising for Strategic Projects:




  • Lead efforts to secure title sponsorship investments for properties and attract funding for construction and development projects.



Proposal Development and Investor Pitching:




  • Prepare compelling investment proposals, financial models, and presentations tailored to each project, ensuring investors understand the potential returns and strategic benefits.

  • Conduct presentations and pitch sessions to communicate project values and financial projections.



Investment Strategy and Market Research:




  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.

  • Develop a clear investment strategy focused on securing sustainable funding sources.



Due Diligence and Contract Negotiation:




  • Perform due diligence on potential investors and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Negotiate investment terms, structuring deals that support project funding requirements and align with the company’s long-term strategy.



Portfolio and Relationship Management:




  • Manage relationships with current investors, providing regular updates on project progress and fostering future investment opportunities.



Collaboration with Development Teams:




  • Work closely with the development and project teams to align on funding timelines, project milestones, and deliverables, ensuring financial resources are secured as needed.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in investment management, real estate finance, or fundraising, ideally with a focus on construction or property development.

  • Proven success in securing investments for large-scale projects, with a strong network of industry contacts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to develop detailed investment proposals, financial models, and presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and due diligence.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Has an already existent portfolio for Investors, HNIs, etc.
