Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the power products market, supporting our mission to drive growth in sustainable energy solutions.

  • This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of energy storage and power conversion systems, and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be strategic, customer-focused, and capable of expanding our market share in this essential sector.



Responsibilities




  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for renewable products.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, ensuring strategic alignment with market demands.

  • Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Mentorship and Team Development: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging skill development.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate forecasts, KPIs, and progress reports to monitor performance and inform leadership.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and business goals.

  • Sales Training: Facilitate continuous training and development on renewable products and customer relationship management to upskill the sales team.



Requirement

Educational Qualification:




  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

  • A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.



Experience:




  • 8 - 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in power products or a related field.



Skills:




  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading sales initiatives and teams.
