Requirements and Soft Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Legal Department in Telecommunications Industry with a fair knowledge of laws & by laws of NCC and other communication agencies.


• Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment


• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, intellectual property rights, copyrights and patents according to Nigerian Law


• Full comprehension of the influences of external environment of a corporation


• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies


• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
