KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



C​​​​​​​ategory Strategy Development:




  •  Develop and implement category plans to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.

  •  Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the food category segment.



Product Management:




  •  Oversee product selection, presentation, and promotion strategies for the fast food category.

  •  Collaborate with suppliers to introduce new products and enhance existing offerings.



Loss and Shrinkage Management




  • Manage food production from losses and shrinkage

  • Avoid stock-out



Recipe formulation and improvement:




  • Manage adherence to recipe in the production area

  • Formulate a new recipe.

  • Improvement of existing recipe



Sales and Performance Analysis:




  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.

  • Identify underperforming products and implement action plans to improve sales.



Marketing and Promotions:




  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase category visibility and sales.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create in-store signage and advertising materials.



Quality Control and Compliance:




  • Ensure all fast food products meet quality and safety standards.

  • Stay updated on health regulations and ensure compliance in all operations.



Team Collaboration:




  • Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and merchandising, to ensure alignment and support for category initiatives.

  • Train and mentor team members on category management best practices.



QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in category management or retail management, preferably in the QSR or food service sector.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
