Job Description (in Summary)
- Update records, files and follow up on documentation requirements and ensure timely submission.
- Review and verify the accuracy of documents such as contracts, invoices, reports and shipping documents.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in documentation and operational processes and recommend improvements.
Major Requirements
- A degree/ HND in Business Administration, or any of the Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of import documentation (preparation of final documents for PAAR processing, SONCAP, Form M and Capturing/Assessment).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
