Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the affairs of our branches, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in microfinance banking and a proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and improve profitability.


• Lead and manage branch managers and staff, providing guidance and support.


• Monitor and control branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.


• Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.


• Ensure effective risk management and internal control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in microfinance banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.


• Professional certification (e.g., CBN, CIBN, ACCA) preferred.


• Proven leadership and management skills.


• Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
