We seek an experienced and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, high-quality dishes, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
Coordinate daily menu preparation, food presentation, and plating.
Monitor kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
Quality Control:
Ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and flavor standards.
Conduct regular taste tests and provide feedback.
Implement quality control procedures to minimize waste and errors.
Administrative:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff hours, and kitchen operations.
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
Participate in kitchen budgeting and cost management.
Requirements:
3+ years of kitchen supervisory experience in a restaurant.
Culinary arts certification or equivalent.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage stress.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP.
Desirable:
Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
