Responsibilities

• Checks dockets from servers against served items to ensure accuracy.


• Verifies that items charged on customer receipts match the served items on dockets.


• Maintains proper documentation of checked dockets and receipts.


• Reconciles the total number of receipts with the order count from the Odoo system at the end of each shift/day.


• Prepare and document sales control summaries for each shift or at the end of the day.


• Identify and trace any product variances or discrepancies in sales records, reporting them to management immediately.


• Maintains organized records of checked dockets and receipts.


• Prepares and submits required reports as per company guidelines.


• Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 0-1 year experience.
