Responsibilities

Marketing/Client Relationship volunteer:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new clients and retain existing ones


• To advertise MPI services and brand digitally and on field


• To meet up targets assigned.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication


• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and grow our network


• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions with good multitasking skills.


• To be in the field for at least 3 times a week.

Operations / Logistics Volunteer:

• Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including riders sorting, tracking, and operations activities.


• Support the operations team with receiving, storing, and dispatching appropriate riders to designated clients.


• Help maintain accurate records and databases for tracking and reporting purposes.


• Collaborate with riders to optimize processes and improve efficiency


• Assist with riders enquiry and provide information to prospective riders.


• Participate in special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

Marketing/Client Relationship volunteer:

• Candidate must be residing in Yobe/ Damaturu


• Have a good relationship with stockholders (Government)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with great interaction skills


• Passion for marketing and client relationships with great negotiating skills.


• Be Available for at least 3 days per week in the field. and must possess the stamina to deliver results.


• Candidate must be able to read, write and speak in English and Hausa fluently.

Operations / Logistics Volunteer:

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills


• Availability to commit 3 days per week per week.


• Ability to solve technical and Tactical issues.


• Highly Proactive with passion to deliver on assigned Target .


• Candidate must be residing in Yobe/Damaturu
