Responsibilities

• To update and submit daily sales


• To analyze  and track of sales from each department 


• Daily Analysis of inflow and outflow of cash


• Preparation of staff payroll


• To ensure that Stocks are physically counted and reconciled with the concerned departments.


• Responsible for safeguarding Company’s asset (Inventory) and its likes


• Ensure that Company controls as regards Inventory, Payables and Others as regards Company policy is followed judiciously.

Requirements

• Familiar with use of accounting software 


• Familiar with auditing and cash management
