  • We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the poultry industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing maintenance operations specific to poultry production facilities.

  • This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our equipment and facilities.



Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily maintenance operations for poultry processing and production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery and systems.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational costs.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting best practices within the maintenance team.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance management within the poultry or food processing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems related to poultry operations.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
