​​​​​​​KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and develop HVAC systems based on project requirements and specifications Conduct load calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements for buildings and other structures


• Prepare HVAC system layout and design drawings using computer-aided design software


• Perform equipment selection and size ductwork and piping systems


• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations


• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success


• Oversee HVAC system installation and commissioning to ensure proper functioning Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues


• Prepare project reports and documentation

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field


• 5+ years of experience in HVAC system design Experience with computer-aided software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design principles, load calculations, and equipment selections.


• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong Communications and collaboration skills
