We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Scientist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis and treatment. Key duties include:

• Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology.


• Analyzing test results and maintaining quality control protocols.


• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret findings and provide recommendations.


• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


• Training and supervising junior lab staff and students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.


• Valid certification from a recognized professional body.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• At least 4 Years post NYSC experience
