• As a Student Recruitment Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop new markets and channels, to achieve the recruitment target within the region for the Coventry University Group. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy in collaboration with recruitment, conversion, and admissions teams within CURA to drive growth in key markets and ensuring ambitious growth goals are met.


• You will report directly onto the Director, Global New Channels and Markets and will focus on development and growth of the wider African region.

• As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the growth and diversification strategy of your region. You’ll work across multiple recruitment channels, including direct recruitment, schools, FE, and HE networks, and agents in new markets.


• Your goal will be to drive demand of direct recruitment and new market development, while optimizing conversion rates from lead generation to enrolment across Coventry University Group.


• This role will also involve advising prospective students, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring top-tier performance across all recruitment channels.
