Key Responsibilities:



Team Management:




  • Train and coach team members on effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the sales team.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans.



Sales Strategy and Execution:




  • Develop and implement tailored sales plans to achieve retail and revenue targets.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market reach.

  • Analyze sales data to refine sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve results.



Lead Generation and Conversion:




  • Design and execute initiatives to generate and nurture leads.

  • Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities, ensuring effective pipeline management.

  • Monitor conversion rates and adjust strategies to maximize success.



Product Development and Cluster Identification:




  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine sales-ready offerings.

  • Identify and target high-potential customer clusters to optimize regional market penetration.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive awareness and conversions.



Funds Management:




  • Manage sales budgets and allocate resources strategically.

  • Optimize sales expenses to maximize return on investment (ROI) while maintaining efficient operations.



Requirements




  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience within the financial sector, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role; fintech experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
