• Tobams Group is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe InDesign, specifically in book and magazine design for Amazon and print.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality books and magazines for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and print-on-demand.


• Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics.


• Collaborate with authors, editors, and project managers to ensure design aligns with content.


• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent design across publications.


• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.


• Ensure designs are optimized for digital and print formats.


• Stay up-to-date with design trends, Adobe software, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, specializing in Adobe InDesign.


• Portfolio showcasing book and magazine design expertise.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).


• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


• Familiarity with Amazon KDP guidelines and print-on-demand requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Adobe tools


• Knowledge of digital publishing formats (ePUB, MOBI).


• Familiarity with print production processes.
