Job Summary

The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Job Details

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.


• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.


• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms by creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts and interactions.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.


• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage online advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.


• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.


• Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches to promote our brand and engage with customers.


• Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.


• Develop and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials to support sales and marketing efforts.


• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within similar industry.


• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)


• Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application
