Responsibilities

• Manage the learning management system (LMS) of the organisation


• Over see the enrolment of students on the LMS


• Manage the operational efficiency of company working equipment (laptops and phones, projecting screens, etc)


• Set up and manage all virtual meetings with the required meeting platform


• Maintain an effective inventory management system for all ICT equipment


• Manage all virtual classrooms and take attendance


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administration software


• Oversee the onboarding of students on the LMS


• Ensure the availability of high-speed network service at all times.

Requirements

• Must have an in-depth knowledge of ICT and LMS management


• Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in the ICT industry.
