Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to define and deliver product visions, strategies, and roadmaps. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products that meet market needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, goals, and key results (OKRs)


• Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify trends


• Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to develop products


• Define and prioritize product requirements


• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans


• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on product improvements


• Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management


• Strong understanding of product development life cycles


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills


• Customer-centric mindset and data-driven decision-making


• Technical understanding (software development, design, and UX)


• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies


• Knowledge of design thinking and user experience principles


• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)


• Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM)
