Our client in the real estate/construction industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction sectors. Salary: 250,000 Naira Gross (Monthly)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new sales opportunities with prospective clients in the real estate and construction industry.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential clients to showcase product offerings.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive products, and client needs.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
- Execute sales strategies, promotional plans, and campaigns aimed at maximizing revenue and enhancing client engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward monthly targets.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on client needs, sales activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop client-focused solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
