Job Duties / Description

• Engage in a presales technical consultancy role to provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales/sales process by identifying customers


• Technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution.


• Provide adequate support to the Sales team and drive the business through


• Effective Presales Engagement in order to achieve set revenue targets.


• Articulate the Company’s technology and product portfolio and position it to both business and technical users.


• Consult with technical teams about capabilities and support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement.


• Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

Qualification / Technical Requirements

• A minimum of a B.Eng./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.


• Possession of ITIL certification.


• Possession of relevant OEM professional certifications


• Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.) and ability to architect these solutions.


• Server virtualization technologies (XenServer, VMware Vsphere, HyperV Nutanix, etc.)


• Desktop (VDI) and Application virtualization technologies.


• Web application delivery, networking (Loadbalancing – F5, NetScaler etc.)


• Knowledge of mobility solutions (Airwatch, Xenmobile, Mass360, Blackberry etc.)


• Hardware and storage (HP, IBM, etc.)


• Operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, power systems – AIX etc.)


• Knowledge of backup & recovery and monitoring (infrastructure, application, network etc.) solutions.


• Demo/POV/POC.
