Job Summary

• As a Quality Control Officer (Microbiologist), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our sesame products.


• You will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.


• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.


• Monitor and evaluate processing conditions to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.


• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for management.


• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.


• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.


• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in food safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology is a must


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in food processing or a related industry.


• Knowledge of sesame is a plus


• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
