Job Description

• As an FTTH Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and troubleshooting.


• Reports to: Senior Engineer/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to identify optimal fiber routes and installation methods.


• Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.


• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.


• Prepare and submit detailed reports on site surveys, installations, and maintenance.


• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.


• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or a related field.


• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training are encouraged to apply.


• Strong understanding of fiber optic principles, networks, and transmission technologies.


• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE).


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites.
