Spearhead the development of transactional solutions and channels for consumers and the MSE market, driving overall transaction revenue in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and services, by designing cost-effective delivery channels suited to each segment.
Build internal capacity to support growth initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Lead and promote innovation across the bank, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking solutions.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the entire institution, contributing to the bank’s overall success.
Management of branches and other sales networks for efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the financial services industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in senior role in relationship management/ banking, operations, product development or sales.
Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to research and synthesize information and broad ranges of Group Strategies.
Proven track-record in sales leadership, financial inclusion, and product development within the financial services industry.
Solid understanding of the Nigerian financial services landscape, particularly in the microfinance and MSE sectors.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with senior management teams.
