Job Description
As Sales Executive, you are the key point of contact between Uni-Medical and its clients: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products. Also, identify prospects, maintain customer relationships, and identify ways to grow their sales figure. The job incumbent is expected to approach potential customers with the aim of winning business, strive to maintain good relationships with existing ones etc
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Document customer information.
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Check the order requested by clients and in stock.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Attend sales weekly meetings and share experiences with colleagues.
- Other duties assigned.
